Dream Surgery

“OH MY GOSH! THAT’S IT! THAT’S THE END!”

Isn’t it amazing when you hear a friend or colleague muttering the words above? This may be because they did not get the job they desired, or the exam results they needed, or even a relationship with the person they revered. But the truth is that your life does NOT depend on one exam nor does it depend on a particular relationship. So how can it be “the end?”

When you miss out on a goal or what seemed like a great opportunity, it may be because God has something bigger for you. That is how we should see things. If you do not acquire what you aspire for, just believe something bigger is on the horizon. It is NOT the end of your dream. In fact in some cases, it may just be the start of your journey to reaching your destiny. Just stay calm and evaluate your next steps.

You ought to persevere because once there is life there is hope. God is able to change our disappointments into appointments and our negative experiences into positive moments. He says all things will work together for the good of those that love Him (Romans 8:28).

Just trust Him!

Unfortunately, some people do not believe this, and so they end up making rushed decisions. They may even go to the extreme point of harming themselves or even ending their lives. They take their vision to the grave and consequently deprive society the chance to see its manifestation. Your life doesn’t have to end tragically because there is so much in you waiting to be birthed.

It is not too late! You can still make it! Make it happen!

So before you utter defeating words, you should take a moment and ask yourself, “Is that really the end?” Stay positive and make a positive impact in this world.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Romans 8:28
